Our story
Burchie’s launched in July 2025 with a trailer, a dream, and an incurable addiction to fried chicken.
I’ve been obsessed with fried chicken for as long as I can remember. Long before the trailer, I was making it for friends and family—testing recipes, chasing the perfect fried chicken. All the while, I was dreaming of owning a food truck of my own.
After plenty of encouragement to start selling it, that dream became Burchie’s. For over a year, we’ve been serving up delicious fried chicken, proper sides, and good vibes, while continually tweaking, tasting, and perfecting every recipe along the way.
